Ok, so I missed Mojo posting his close out trade. Not sure how this happened. I think I either a) completely missed it, or b) didn't get filled and either the day order expired or i cancelled the gtc order not realizing that I needed to get out asap.

So, here are the results of my flub:
Got in: 1/15/2008 FEB 08 IC 220/230c 135/125p +1.63 credit with risk of 8.37
Rolled: 1/24/08 Roll Reb -220/+230c into Feb -165/+175 for a credit of .76 = total credit cb of 2.39 on risk of 7.61
Out: 2/7/08 close out trade for 8.30 debit, total cb - 5.91, total loss of - $1182 (had 2 contracts) or a -144% loss
10 (strike difference) - 5.91 = 4.09
5.91 divided by 4.09 = 144% and since it was a loss, it's -144%

So what can I take away from this: the devil is in the details and I'm skipping them like a 3rd grader taking the CAT tests. Filling in the oval for "C" will not get me a passing grade. Fortunately I was sized conservatively because of the amount at risk, and I didn't lose it all.
