Every once in a while when I pull up my prophets charts I get an error from Think of Swim that sends me to some obsure .pdf file which essentially does nothing more then tell me my computers clock is messed up. So I poked around for a while and found a solution: "Dimension4" is a program that sync's your computers clock up with the atomic time servers. No more ToS errors!
